Visalia Route 198 Rehabilitation
Located in the heart of San Joaquin Valley, the Rte. 198 Rehabilitation Project will enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility for Visalia residents. In addition to building local sidewalks along Lovers Lane, the project will introduce a new pedestrian pathway connecting North and South corridor of Lovers Lane while being separated from public motorists. The project includes the demolition of two existing bridge curtain walls to construct new retaining walls, along with luminated sidewalks to provide safety to the residents of Visalia.
