Placer County – Bowman Road Bridges Improvement Project, Auburn, CA
The bridge work completed, in general, included widening and rehabilitating two existing bridges over Union Pacific Railroad tracks, constructing road approaches; removing portions of two existing bridges; installing carbon fiber reinforced polymer girder strengthening; installing a structure corrosion protection system; installation of micropiles; bridge bent infill walls, pier wall extensions, bridge widening, bridge footings, catcher blocks, polyester polymer concrete, barrier rails, grading; paving; applying signing and striping and erosion control.
